We are bringing back Society Alive to for our BHM Dinner. Please book a free spot by 26th October at 9AM so that we can communicate dietary requirements to the caterer in time! If you buy a ticket after this time we may not be able to cater for your dietary requirements.
Full menu TBC but you can expect some fantastic African food!
This year, Amber and Alushe from ACS will also be running a Quiz as part of the dinner!
As part of the event, we are also welcoming world food donations to our Community Pantry. For many students, a familiar meal is comfort, belonging, and a link to home. We want to make an active effort to stock these items in our pantry, to acknowledge the diversity of our community, making every student feel seen and valued.
Community Pantry Donations:
All donations must be shelf stable. Donations are not mandatory. We are specifically looking for donations of world foods.

Cultural Snacks eg. chin chin, plantain chips
Seasoning Pakcets ot Sauces eg. fish sauce, oyster sauce, chilli oil
Non Alcoholic Drinks eg. chai
