This week, one of the games we are playing is Scythe:
Scythe is a competitive, engine-building board game set in an alternate-history 1920s Europe, where 1–5 players control different factions vying for control and fortune around a mysterious Factory. Players use an action-selection mechanism to perform tasks like conquering territory, harvesting resources, building structures, enlisting recruits, and deploying mechs. The game ends when one player places their sixth star, which represents a completed achievement, and the winner is the player with the most coins at that point
As the game has a player capacity and it quite a long form game (it will take up most of the meet up) we are taking sign ups for it. Please grab a free ticket to sign up to play Scythe specifically.
If you do not want to play Scythe, you can still come along and there will be other casual games available too. No need to book onto casual games!
