Never tried yoga before? Not a problem! Our instructor Marie Williams will take us through an hour of yoga, keeping it steady but energising. Each week is a different routine,

incorporating new movements. Feel free to stay in child pose when you need a break. This is the perfect activity to wind your body down during the week, especially when term time can get busy. Please come along and join us!

We meet at Dukes Street Riverside, we are downstairs in Acting Studio 1 where outside shoes must be taken off before entering!

We recommend bringing a mat and a water bottle; however we have spares mats in case. You can purchase a membership for £20 which will last the term, or a one-off ticket for £3.
