We meet outside Inner Space yoga studio on St Benedict’s street before 5pm, the class takes place in the main studio. 

Never tried yoga before? Not a problem! Our instructor Marie Williams will take us through an hour of yoga, keeping it steady but energising. Each week is a different routine, incorporating new movements. Feel free to stay in child pose when you need a break. This is the perfect activity to wind your body down during the week, especially when term time can get busy. Please come along and join us!

We recommend bringing a mat and a water bottle; however we have spares mats in case. You can purchase a membership for £20 which will last the term, or a one-off ticket for £3.
